AI credits are usage units for ElixirIQ’s AI-powered capabilities, including requirement analysis, test generation, AI-driven execution, self-healing, and other intelligent testing operations. Every plan includes a monthly credit allowance. You can top up anytime with an add-on credit pack starting at $10.
Individual includes 50 AI credits every month. As a welcome gift, new users also receive 50 bonus AI credits upon signup to explore the platform. These bonus credits never expire and are awarded only once.
Individual is designed for solo users and includes 1 seat and 3 projects. Additional seats are not available. To invite teammates and access workspace collaboration, upgrade to Starter.
Every paid ElixirIQ plan includes STLC Management, Requirement Intelligence, Jira integration, quality reporting, Help Center access, and monthly AI credits. Advanced capabilities such as Release Confidence Scoring, self-healing test cases, Project Knowledge Base, and advanced Quality Intelligence are available on eligible plans.

Yes. Paid plans allow additional seats within their limits. Starter includes 5 seats and allows up to 4 additional seats at $30 per seat/month. If you need 10 or more seats, upgrade to Scale, which includes 10 seats for $250/month. Individual does not support extra seats.
All paid ElixirIQ plans include unlimited projects, so you can manage multiple products, teams, and client engagements without additional project fees. Individual includes 3 projects.
AI credits are shared across all AI-powered features. Each operation consumes credits based on its type and complexity. Generating test cases, analyzing requirements, executing AI-driven tests, and self-healing failed tests may consume different amounts. More complex operations may require additional AI processing and credits. Your available credit balance decreases as you use these features.
At 2 credits per standard AI execution, the estimated monthly capacity is Individual: 25; Starter: 50; Scale: 250; and Enterprise: 750. These estimates assume all included credits are used exclusively for standard AI executions. Credits are shared across test generation, requirement analysis, self-healing, and other AI features, so actual execution counts may vary. More complex executions may consume additional credits.
Not necessarily. Standard automated execution and AI-driven execution are different activities. AI credits are consumed when AI-powered processing is involved, such as intelligent test execution, test generation, or self-healing. Standard automated executions may not require AI credits unless additional AI capabilities are used.
